We want the best for your teeth. That's why we've put together some information about your visit to Stewart House Orthodontics, which includes caring for braces and other orthodontic issues.
Don't forget, when you have braces there are foods you are not allowed to eat:
Do not eat anything that is hard or sticky. No sticky toffee, chewing gum or bubble gum, french bread, spare ribs, pork scratchings, wine gums, crusty pizza bases, polo mints, popcorn, tic-tacs and no chewing your pen at school. If you have to bite on something hard, you probably shouldn't be having it.
Patient Leaflets:
The British Orthodontic Society has several patient information leaflets which give additional information about your visits to the orthodontist.
