Patient Information

We want the best for your teeth. That's why we've put together some information about your visit to Stewart House Orthodontics, which includes caring for braces and other orthodontic issues.

Don't forget, when you have braces there are foods you are not allowed to eat:

Do not eat anything that is hard or sticky.

No sticky toffee, chewing gum or bubble gum, french bread, spare ribs, pork scratchings, wine gums, crusty pizza bases, polo mints, popcorn, tic-tacs and no chewing your pen.

If you have to bite on something hard, you probably shouldn't be having it.

You can purchase orthodontic toothbrushes, mouthwash, wax, toothpaste and interdental brushes from us - no need to wait for your appointment, just pop in.

Looking after your teeth while you're having treatment is important for the end result!
